Our proprietary, clinically-driven program, led by certified fitness specialists who showcase engaging and customized content specific to your residents’ highest needs. Therapy Services

BAYADA offers Short-term Rehab Services and Outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapists who work as ONE team to focus on functional and medical rehabilitative needs following illness, injury, or surgery. Focus areas include balance, strength, mobility, ambulation, swallowing, cognition, and fall prevention.

Nursing Care

Our skilled nurses deliver clinical care and medical education after an illness, injury, or surgery. They also manage chronic conditions and help reduce unnecessary hospitalizations. Other nursing care services include:

Personal Care

BAYADA’s compassionate care helps avoid unnecessary hospitalizations, ER visits, or the need to move to a higher level of care. Our trained and compassionate caregivers provide a full range of supplemental personal care services to help with activities of daily living.

Personal Care and Companionship support includes help with:

Palliative Care

BAYADA professionals are trained in the full range of palliative care and can step in to help provide whatever comfort care, symptom management, and pain relief your residents may need to improve their quality of life.

Hospice Care

Overseen by a medical director, an individual's hospice care team works collaboratively with the patient to identify their personal goals, create an individualized plan of care, and coordinate and provide practical, emotional, medical, social, and spiritual support for the patient, family, caregivers, and other loved ones.

Staffing Services

The BAYADA team has the interdisciplinary experience and skills to help you meet all types of staffing challenges. From vacations and leaves to sick days, we are here to fill staffing gaps. Our program manager is happy to meet with you to better understand your staffing needs and how we can help.
