Care You Can Trust—So Your Loved One Can Stay Home With Confidence
When someone you love wants to remain at home, you want peace of mind knowing they are safe and cared for. Our one-on-one personal care services help older adults stay independent with support for daily activities like bathing, meals, household chores, and medication reminders. For those with memory loss, our dementia-trained caregivers bring patience, understanding, and companionship.
Behind our services is a proactive layer of protection that combines ongoing monitoring by a nurse manager with the support of smart technology to identify small changes in status before they turn into emergencies. That way, you can breathe easier knowing we are always looking out for your loved one between visits, too.

Specialized caregiving options
We understand that some families have special situations that require a different way of providing support. That’s why we offer our full suite of personal care services tailored to meet those special situations and needs:
Dementia Care
Caregivers trained in dementia care provide personalized help for clients living with memory loss. They understand how to manage challenging behaviors and create a safe, reassuring environment—bringing comfort to your loved one and peace of mind to your family.
Respite Care
Short-term, occasional support for families who provide most of the care. This allows family caregivers to take vacations, manage work or personal commitments, or simply rest and recharge, knowing their loved one is in trusted hands.
Live-In Care
One dedicated caregiver provides round-the-clock presence and assistance. This continuous care model ensures safety, companionship, and consistent support for daily needs.
Family Caregiver
In select states, family members or friends can become paid caregivers through Medicaid waiver programs. BAYADA helps guide families through the eligibility and enrollment process, so the person you already trust can provide care—while receiving training, pay, and ongoing support from our team. How do I get started with services?
The process for enrolling in Services with BAYADA is quick and easy.
Call BAYADA
A friendly team member will talk with you about what type of daily support is needed (eg, bathing, grooming, meal prep, companionship), as well as your living arrangements, preferences, and schedule. They will ensure you live within our service area, explain payment options, and discuss next steps.
What are the payment options?
BAYADA accepts payment from a variety of payor sources.
Private pay (Out-of-Pocket):
Services can be paid directly by the person receiving care or their family. We offer a payment plan to ease the expense of care.
Long-term care insurance:
This type of insurance is commonly used to pay for personal care. Our team of insurance experts can help you take advantage of all the benefits you’re entitled to. We bill the insurance company directly, managing the entire process so you don’t have to.
Medicaid:
We accept state-specific Medicaid programs that cover personal care services for eligible individuals (low-income, older adults, or those with disabilities). Approval and benefit levels vary by state.
Veterans’ affairs:
Eligible veterans may receive service through their VA benefits. BAYADA works directly with VA offices to help coordinate care and authorizations for qualified veterans.
Workers’ compensation:
If care is needed due to a work-related injury, Workers’ Compensation may pay for services.
