A block of accessible rooms have been reserved at a discounted rate of $109.00 + taxes a night at the Philadelphia Marriott West for rowers and helpers. Accessible rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please reference the BAYADA Regatta when making your reservations. Kindly reserve your room by August 1, 2020 to receive the discounted rate. If accessible rooms in the hotel block are no longer available, the hotel can accommodate requests if made 2 weeks in advance of check-in. Please specify your hotel request needs in the Cvent registration when you register.

Jolly-up and pre-race meeting
6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
BAYADA Regatta attendees are invited to attend an informa'l cocktail party called the Jolly-up at the Philadelphia Marriott West. BAYADA Regatta t-shirts and race schedules will be distributed to all race and crew members during the Jolly-up. Each attendee will receive two complimentary coupons for drinks or sodas. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served, and a cash bar will be available for additional drinks. Please indicate if you’ll be attending on the online registration form.

BAYADA Regatta races
8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Races begin promptly at 8:00 am at St. Joseph's University Boathouse on the Schuylkill River (2200 Kelly Drive, Philadelphia, PA 19129 and it is just below the Strawberry Mansion Bridge). Admission to the event is free and attendees can enjoy refreshments, music, and family entertainment.
BAYADA Regatta Banquet
7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
All rowers, volunteers, coaches, officials, and affiliates of the BAYADA Regatta are welcome to attend a special celebration after the Saturday races 7:00 to 11:00 pm at the Marriott - Conshohocken. The banquet is an evening celebration with foods, fun, music, and the special presentation of the Leo Reilly Award. There is a charge of $30 for guests.
Road closure parking permit required.
