BAYADA’s NC Fayetteville Hospice in Fayetteville, NC offers guidance and personalized care plans for clients receiving hospice care at home. BAYADA Hospice has a special purpose—to provide the highest quality end-of-life care so our patients can remain at home with comfort, grace, and dignity. Our multidisciplinary team supports patients facing limited life expectancy and their loved ones with a holistic approach, so that families can focus on what matters most—spending precious time together.
The BAYADA Hospice team includes specialists from different fields who assess the patient’s needs and goals and provide the right care to help ensure each patient’s end-of-life journey is comfortable and peaceful. Together with the patient, family, and physician, our team will develop an individualized plan of care to guide the care team in delivering excellent and compassionate care.
Our hospice services include:
Nursing care, physician services, and therapy
Self-care assistance, companionship, respite care, and volunteer services
Medical social work, counseling, bereavement support, and spiritual care
Medications, medical equipment, and medical supplies
Short-term care in a facility
Grief counseling for friends or others who need support
We are wherever you need us, whenever you need us
We provide hospice services in private homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, or hospitals, any time of day or night. Our comprehensive support, which includes palliative care, pain management, end-of-life planning, wish fulfillment, and bereavement counseling is available to every patient and family. We also specialize in providing Veteran-specific care to meet their unique needs.
