Inclusive Workplace Culture

BAYADA Home Health Care has six Employee Resource Councils (ERCs) that inspire and oversee BAYADA’s DEIB programs. Each council hosts learning, development, and networking events and coordinates volunteer opportunities throughout the year to engage all employees in DEIB program initiatives. Our ERCs play an important role in promoting a positive work culture where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered.

Continuous Growth & Development

We offer education opportunities to promote understanding, collaboration, and career development among our employees. Specifically, we have created employee resources where all team members can access a wide variety of top-notch training and learning resources. Highlights include:

  • Beyond The Checkbox – Foundational diversity learning from The Diversity Movement

  • Monthly open forum conversations on DEIB webcasts with keynote speakers

  • DEIB resource & education portal

  • DEI training as part of BAYADA University, BAYADA’s learning management system

  • Inclusive leadership toolkits

  • Clinical Simulation Lab training program
