At BAYADA Home Health Care, You Belong
Nurturing bonds of trust with our clients, employees, and communities
BAYADA fosters an inclusive environment where all employees can thrive, and all clients can receive high-quality, personalized care with a sense of well-being, dignity, and trust. Our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) is a natural extension of BAYADA’s core values and demonstrates our dedicated efforts to helping our clients, employees, and communities flourish. Through our community outreach programs, advocacy efforts, and high-quality care for clients from diverse backgrounds, we create safe spaces and communities where all people can experience belonging.
Inclusive Workplace Culture
BAYADA Home Health Care has six Employee Resource Councils (ERCs) that inspire and oversee BAYADA’s DEIB programs. Each council hosts learning, development, and networking events and coordinates volunteer opportunities throughout the year to engage all employees in DEIB program initiatives. Our ERCs play an important role in promoting a positive work culture where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered.
