How home health care works
We make it simple and easy to get the coordinated care you need. "Home Health" visits, which must be ordered by your doctor, may include nursing, and physical, occupational, and speech/language therapies to help you recover or manage a chronic condition in the comfort of your own private residence or congregate living community—wherever you call home. The goal is to avoid complications and unnecessary hospitalizations while following your doctor's established treatment plan. For home health services, contact us directly at 417-408-8590.
How hospice care works'
For those eligible for hospice, Integrity delivers expert medical care including symptom and pain management, as well as social, emotional, and spiritual support through the end-of-life process. We are committed to providing personalized care, so patients and families feel empowered and supported during life's final journey and beyond, through loved ones' bereavement process. Integrity's interdisciplinary team of hospice experts has one goal in mind: to focus on people and their meaningful time together, enabling patients to live in dignity and comfort wherever they call home. For hospice services, contact us directly at 417-851-4300.
How home care services work
Home care services—also sometimes called personal care services—provide non-medical help with activities of daily living (ADLs) for adults and seniors when a health issue has made it difficult to manage everyday tasks. This can include self-care assistance, household support, companionship, and respite care to relieve family caregivers as needed. Families often seek these services to support safe, independent living, or to provide companionship, help, and supervision for a loved one living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. For home care services, contact us directly at 417-408-8589.
How Consumer Directed Services (CDS) works
Consumer Directed Services (CDS) offers individuals with physical disabilities an alternative to nursing homes for personal care assistance. CDS allows these individuals to receive personalized care in the comfort of their homes, with the personal care aide of their choosing. To access the benefits of the CDS program, you must fulfill specific eligibility criteria. We understand the requirements can be confusing. To take the guesswork out of it, we'll walk you through the whole process and make sure you get the care you need. For CDS services, contact us directly at 417-408-8589.
Paying for services
Home health and hospice:
Medicare is the primary payment source for both home health and hospice services. Medicaid and private insurance are also accepted if you do not have Medicare benefits. Most patients will pay nothing out of pocket for the cost of care.
Home care:
There are a variety of payment options including Medicaid, Veterans' benefits, worker's compensation, private pay, and long-term care insurance. Integrity eases the process of paying for home care services by managing your paperwork and coordinating with your insurers to determine levels of coverage.
Consumer Directed Services:
The Missouri CDS program is funded through the Medicaid State Plan and the Independent Living Waiver. Therefore, Consumer Directed Services are typically free. However, if you are eligible for Medicaid on a spend-down basis, you are responsible for the cost of services you receive during the time you have not met your spend-down liability.
Ask your insurer about benefit eligibility or speak to one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members in our office.
We're here for you

How do I get started with services?
The process for enrolling in Services with BAYADA is quick and easy.
Call BAYADA
A friendly team member will talk with you about what type of daily support is needed (eg, bathing, grooming, meal prep, companionship), as well as your living arrangements, preferences, and schedule. They will ensure you live within our service area, explain payment options, and discuss next steps.
What are the payment options?
BAYADA accepts payment from a variety of payor sources.
Private pay (Out-of-Pocket):
Services can be paid directly by the person receiving care or their family. We offer a payment plan to ease the expense of care.
Long-term care insurance:
This type of insurance is commonly used to pay for personal care. Our team of insurance experts can help you take advantage of all the benefits you’re entitled to. We bill the insurance company directly, managing the entire process so you don’t have to.
Medicaid:
We accept state-specific Medicaid programs that cover personal care services for eligible individuals (low-income, older adults, or those with disabilities). Approval and benefit levels vary by state.
Veterans’ affairs:
Eligible veterans may receive service through their VA benefits. BAYADA works directly with VA offices to help coordinate care and authorizations for qualified veterans.
Workers’ compensation:
If care is needed due to a work-related injury, Workers’ Compensation may pay for services.
