Advocacy at BAYADA
Why we advocate for home health care
BAYADA Home Health Care has a Government Affairs Office whose purpose is to ensure that policy decisions in Washington, D.C., and in our state and local governments help — rather than hurt — BAYADA clients and our employees. We can’t do this alone—and that is why we have the Hearts for Home Care program. Hearts for Home Care provides a platform where each of us can make our voices heard. When you become a Heart for Home Care, you make a real difference on the issues that positively impact the care we provide our clients.
How you can make your voice heard
Hearts for Home Care has an easy-to-use website where you can sign up to stay informed about home health care issues and take action. Through the website you can:
- Learn more about the important issues affecting BAYADA clients and our employees
- Learn how to be an advocate in other ways—by phone, in meetings with legislators, on social media, and more!
- Send an email to your elected officials

A client is a person receiving home health care services from BAYADA Home Health Care. We believe our clients come first.
