To support you, BAYADA offers a variety of affordable coverage alternatives that help you stay healthy. They all meet the individual requirements of the Affordable Care Act, which means you won’t pay a penalty if you enroll in any of the BAYADA options.

These plans include free checkups to keep you healthy, and discounts for the pharmacy, dental, and vision services you and your family need. If you work an average of 30 hours a week over a three-month period (three months in a row), you may be able to choose from additional plans that offer even more benefits!

The Benefits office will notify you if you qualify to sign up for more benefits.

And after one year of employment and at least 1,000 hours of service, you can participate in a 401(k) plan that will help you save for your retirement. You’ll also be eligible for a matching contribution of 35% of the first 4% you contribute to the Plan. You’ll be notified by Prudential— our 401(k) administrator—when you’re eligible to sign up.
