Vision

If you work an average of 80 hours a month, you can sign up for a comprehensive vision care plan through EyeMed, which/includes:

  • An annual eye exam that can help detect disease, measure vision and reveal early complications from diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure.
  • Discounts on eyewear.

How it works

EyeMed is accepted at private practices and retail providers—so you can choose the provider that’s right for you. The plan covers both in-network and out-of-network services. You pay less when you see an EyeMed in-network provider.
