All BAYADA stakeholders—including, but not limited to employees, clients, referral sources, and new prospects—will have access to this powerful new tool.

This table will highlight the recently updated Infection Prevention Center portal site and our new policy 0-7424—INFESTATION AND OTHER UNSANITARY HOME ENVIRONMENTS with FAQs focused on issues such as bed bug infestation, fleas, rodents, roaches, scabies, and lice. Two posters will be featured—one giving an overview of the new policy and another showing how to navigate the newly designed Infection Prevention Center to access those resources. Another new policy, 0-7224—Home Visit Observation by Legislators and other Non-Service Visitors, will also be highlighted, with a focus on the types of homes or client conditions that should be excluded from observations.
