Rooted in Tradition, Advancing the Future of Home Health Care
We are celebrating our 20th anniversary of White Shoes Program. The White Shoes committee is excited to provide a dynamic educational day to our devoted clinical leaders on the current trends in health care affecting our home health client population, celebrate why we love what we do, and shine a light on our leaders who inspire us every day!
Influence clinical leaders to provide safe quality home care by increasing their knowledge, skills and behavior through discussion and networking opportunities with faculty and fellow colleagues.
Inspire colleagues to be visionary leaders by providing evidence-based practice, creative problem-solving skills, and leadership competencies to influence improved client outcomes employee engagement.
Cultivate diversity of thought and experience, equipping clinicians to build relationships and collaborate with the healthcare community.
