Pediatric Nurse Residency Program
Jumpstart your nursing career with BAYADA Pediatrics Nurse Residency Program
As a leading national provider of the highest quality home care for children, BAYADA Pediatrics prides itself on recruiting and retaining exceptionally trained and competent pediatric nurses. To increase our staff of pediatric nurses and to ensure that they meet the highest standards of excellence, we have developed a Pediatric Nurse Residency Program. This cutting-edge program offers new college graduates the unique opportunity to gain intensive training in pediatric home health care in just 12 weeks.
The Pediatric Nurse Residency Program curriculum includes classroom education, self-directed learning modules, simulation emergency response scenarios, and clinical rotations with a preceptor. Nurses who successfully complete the BAYADA Pediatric Nurse Residency Program – and who demonstrate a commitment to the BAYADA core values of compassion, excellence, and reliability – may be eligible for positions as home health care clinicians with BAYADA Pediatrics. Program graduates who join the BAYADA Pediatric team receive an additional nine months of professional training and mentoring, including exposure to Tracheostomy and Mechanical Ventilation certification.
Who should apply?

“The BAYADA Pediatric Nurse Residency Program will give new graduates a more comprehensive background for home health care in 12 weeks than they will get for a year anywhere else.”
