Hotel Smoking Policy
All Awards Weekend hotels and the Pennsylvania Convention Center are ALL NON-SMOKING PROPERTIES. Smoking is permitted outside the buildings.
Hotel Reservations
BAYADA will be sending each hotel a Master Rooming List, therefore, Check-In and Check-Out dates must be accurate including all dates before or after Saturday, June 3rd, which you may need to attend Awards Weekend 2017. Note: Even if you do not need a room, you will need to complete the Lodging Section of the online registration.
Hotel Check In and Check Out
Please see the times listed for hotels. However, attempts will be made to have rooms available earlier. In the event rooms are not available earlier, you may check your bags with the hotel.
All BAYADA employees and/or Roommates must visit the front desk for Check-In/Check-Out to avoid BAYADA being charged additional fees.
Hotel Room Charges
Regardless of the length of stay at any hotel, BAYADA will be paying the room charge and taxes for Saturday, June 3rd. BAYADA will also be paying room charges and taxes for Friday, June 2nd, for attendees requiring extra travel time to attend Awards Weekend 2017. Employees will be responsible for any and all incidental charges.
Upon Check-In, an imprint of your credit card will be required. At Check-Out, all hotel room charges will be put on the Master Hotel Bill, excluding incidentals. Employees will be responsible for any and all incidental charges at time of Check-Out.
Any and all additional nights not required for travel or to attend Awards Weekend, will be charged back to your offices once the Master Bill has been reconciled. Employees will be required to reimburse their office for these extra charges.
Debit Cards
To prevent excess funds from being immediately placed on hold in your account for up to 14 days, please indicate “yes” on your registration if you are planning to use a debit card to pay your hotel incidentals.
