FUN Money

FUN Money is incentive money that you can receive if you registered to share a hotel room with another BAYADA employee, including a Saturday night stay. FUN Money must be picked up at the BAYADA Welcome Desk located in the foyer of the Grand Ballroom located on 5th Floor Level of the Marriott, beginning Friday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and again on Saturday from 7:00 am to 11:00. Cruising for Cash

A carpool is 2 or more employees in a car, and/or the driver is a BAYADA employee. Each employee who is a passenger in a carpool will receive cash. Each employee who is a driver of a carpool will receive cash for driving, and for each employee passenger in the carpool. The driver will also be reimbursed for tolls, mileage, and parking as well.

Example Region 2: Driver and 2 passengers – Driver would receive $25.00 per passenger ($50.00) plus $25.00 for being the driver for a grand total of $75.00. Each of the 2 passengers in this example would each receive $25.00 for being a passenger. The more passengers, the more money to the driver!

Flying the Money Skies

Average airfares from various departure cities were calculated and employees securing lower than average airfares from these cities will receive 50% of the savings back. Submittals/savings needed to be emailed to Kathleen Medlar at by May 1st to receive cash at the Awards Weekend Welcome Desk. Regardless of participation in this program, all other airline reimbursements must follow the same procedure when submitting for reimbursement. We are requesting airline expense reimbursements be submitted no later than June 1.

Dress Code

Thursday and Friday Director Meetings dress code is business attire.

Divisional Awards Programs and General Session

We know that many teams have been asked to dress in the theme of their specific Divisional Award Program—which we encourage! If you decide not to dress in theme, business casual attire is appropriate:

  • Women: Slacks, sweaters, pant suits, dresses, or skirts
  • Men: Slacks and shirts; ties and jackets are optional

BAYADA Concert

This year, BAYADA is proud to present Replay America: The Ultimate 80's Festival featuring 80s icons such as Billy Ocean, Starship, and Taylor Dane. Suggested attire includes Caribbean cruise-wear, or turning back time to truly bring the 80s to life.

Think tropical-printed shirts and slacks; light, brightly colored sundresses; and sandals. Or, you can dig out your leather jackets and neon legwarmers, and tease that hair. As always, anything goes!


All employee meal selections will be determined from the online registration.

FREE Time to Dine

On Saturday, June 3rd from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm after the Awards Presentation/General Session, all employees have been encouraged to have dinner with your office, coworkers, or company friends. Each employee attending Awards Weekend 2017 will be given $75.00 for their dinner when they register at the BAYADA Welcome Desk – you will need to show your nametag to pick up your money. BAYADA Concert at Awards Weekend 2017

Employees only. 8:00 pm – 11:30 pm – Featuring the Replay Tour-see online registration for band information. Beer, wine and sodas will be served before and during the concert. Some seated, some standing, some dancing in the aisles, some high top tables AND some bars! Concert will be held in the Pennsylvania Convention Center – Terrace Ballroom 4th Floor Level.

Midnight Event - Dance Party

Employees only. 11:30 pm – 1:30 am immediately following the concert, allowing for moving of chairs ~ Dance Party serving beer, wine and sodas will be held in the Pennsylvania Convention Center – Terrace Ballroom 4th Floor Level.

Farewell Brunch

Employees only. The Farewell Brunch features a full breakfast buffet served on Sunday, June 4th 7:00 am – 11:00 am in the Grand Ballroom 5th Floor Level of the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.
