How It Works
Getting Started With Missouri Consumer Directed Services (CDS)
To qualify, the person receiving care must:
Have Missouri Medicaid
Be age 18 or older
Need help with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, etc.)
Be able to direct their own care
Our team can help you understand the requirements and next steps.
You can select someone you trust, including:

Other relatives
