Meet DIG Office mascot, Milo. Our 3-legged friend can be found sunbathing daily in the conference room or sharing a snack with his colleagues. Over the past 8 years, he has attended the BAYADA Regatta 7 times, has redesigned BAYADA.com 5 times, remembers when we only had 3 followers on Facebook, has been in 2 office locations, and helped publish 1 book. As the Director of the DIG office, Eric works to continuously improve our ability to help prospects and referrals find BAYADA online. Marissa is an avid wine connoisseur and hopes to complete the Bucks County wine trail, her favorite is Crossing Vineyard and Winery. Aside from tasting local wine, Marissa loves spending time with her husband Chris and dog Oakley, and generously shares her fitness and cooking obsessions on Instagram! Marissa is responsible for ensuring the DIG team stays on track by coordinating projects. She manages our project management tool, which keeps the team in one place to collaborate in real time. Outside of BAYADA, Gelsey enjoys trips to the dog park with her three collies and spending time in the kitchen. Gelsey recently joined the Digital Marketing team full time after starting as a contractor in December 2015. She is responsible for developing all of the public facing web properties, most importantly, www.BAYADA.com. She focuses on making all of our websites usable across multiple devices including tablets and phones. Gelsey works closely with our designer and analyst to make data driven decisions about the sites based off of user behavior. Richard aspires to one day have a skydiving license and likes visiting wineries in the outer coastal plains. Richard is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all organic traffic campaigns including keyword analysis, backlink monitoring, competitive research, and content marketing. In addition, Richard manages the online tracking and analytics for all external facing digital properties, monitoring referral traffic, demographics, user pathways, and more. Outside of BAYADA, Less enjoys watching sports and playing rugby with his local Philadelphia club. As a former recruiter, Less works cross functionally with the People Group and recruiting teams across BAYADA. Less is responsible for managing our Talent Relationship Management cloud platform. In his free time Michael enjoys video games, the gym, cooking new recipes, and playing with his dog, Samson. Michael started at BAYADA in June 2013 but only recently joined the Digital Marketing team back in September 2017 after getting a master’s degree in Digital Innovation in Marketing. In his free time Trey enjoys painting, drawing, music and video games. He used to play football as a defensive back for Millersville University.
