Meet DIG Office mascot, Milo. Our 3-legged friend can be found sunbathing daily in the conference room or sharing a snack with his colleagues. Over the past 8 years, he has attended the BAYADA Regatta 7 times, has redesigned BAYADA.com 5 times, remembers when we only had 3 followers on Facebook, has been in 2 office locations, and helped publish 1 book. As the Director of the DIG office, Eric works to continuously improve our ability to help prospects and referrals find BAYADA online. He is a leader that is constantly motivating his team to continue to expand BAYADA’s digital presence.
Marissa is an avid wine connoisseur and hopes to complete the Bucks County wine trail, her favorite is Crossing Vineyard and Winery. Aside from tasting local wine, Marissa loves spending time with her husband Chris and dog Oakley, and generously shares her fitness and cooking obsessions on Instagram! Marissa is responsible for ensuring the DIG team stays on track by coordinating projects. She manages our project management tool, which keeps the team in one place to collaborate in real time. Marissa is the first stop for our internal clients to discuss our services and charter projects.
Richard aspires to one day have a skydiving license and likes visiting wineries in the outer coastal plains. Richard is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all organic traffic campaigns including keyword analysis, backlink monitoring, competitive research, and content marketing. In addition, Richard manages the online tracking and analytics for all external facing digital properties, monitoring referral traffic, demographics, user pathways, and more. Richard works with vendors and directory listing websites to ensure local online visibility for our office locations is accurate and prominently showing in search results.
Ken likes to snowboard, skate, and play soccer in his free time. Ken is responsible for reporting and analytics and helps with SEO initiatives. He also conducts audits of current content on our digital properties and assesses where we can improve. Additionally, Ken helps triage marketing and recruiting leads that come in from bayada.com.
Tom likes to try very spicy foods/hot sauces and even has a hot sauce holster. He also loves board games, occasionally enjoying weekend long board game events. Tom is responsible for the development of digital marketing plans for search marketing and digital display advertising from an enterprise level to an individual office level.
Arielle enjoys hiking trips, drinking pumpkin spice coffee year round and taking an unhealthy amount of photos of her two kittens, Linus and Lucy. Arielle assists in developing and monitoring social media posts on all Enterprise social media platforms including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Plus and YouTube. Arielle also provides daily assistance to all Office Facebook Managers including Social 101 Trainings and office social media requests. Additionally, Arielle helps triage marketing and recruiting referrals from BAYADA.com.
Alexa enjoys anything that involves dogs, Beyonce, the Philadelphia Eagles (#bleedgreen), going down the shore and attending as many concerts as possible. Alexa works on the Social Media team and assists with monitoring and publishing on all Enterprise platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and Google+. Alexa focuses on BAYADA social platform growth and creates weekly/monthly reports highlighting post insights on all platforms including office Facebook pages. Additionally, Alexa helps triage marketing and recruiting referrals from BAYADA.com.
