BAYADA Welcome Desk and Giveaways will be held in the foyer of the Grand Ballroom of the Marriott located on the 5th floor starting Friday, June 2nd from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Saturday, June 3rd, 7:00 am – 10:30 am. All registered and attending employees must pick up their name tags, which contains their meal tickets and dinner money. Only employees registered and attending Awards Weekend 2017 will receive Awards Weekend Giveaways.
5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service awards will be presented by division at the Divisional Awards Programs. All programs will be held from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. Please see the Divisional Awards Program Schedule for your specific program time and room designation. Beverage stations (water, coffee, juices, and sodas) will be available throughout the program. Please note: The division designated on your name tag is the Divisional Awards Program division grouping to which you are assigned. If the division listed on your name tag does not match the division poster at the entrance, you are at the wrong program and must locate and join the correct program as indicated on your name tag.
All monitors will list all daily event information including: Name of meeting/event/session, date, time, and room name. Monitors are located throughout the hotels and Pennsylvania Convention Center.
The Ann Baiada, Linda Siessel, and Pat Mallee Awards; Hero of the Year Awards; the 25-35 years of service (YOS) awards will be presented at the Awards Presentation/General Session at the Pennsylvania Convention Center – Terrace Ballroom 4th Floor Level from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
