Skilled Nursing (RNs & LPNs) At Bayada Nurses, patient care is led by our skilled registered nurses (RN) and licensed practical nurses (LPN). RNs establish appropriate care plans that follow physicians' orders, while providing the best possible home life for our clients. RNs provide certain treatments (wound, respiratory, diabetes care, colostomy care, injections, and other medication administration), educate the client about his or her condition, and provide ongoing assessments and reports to the physician and the client. Bayada Nurses’ LPNs execute the RNs' care plan, providing certain skilled treatments (in accordance with state laws and regulations). LPNs also track a patient's condition, and report changes in client status to the RNs. |
