BAYADA Nurses for Haiti Team

Experienced RN and LPN volunteers needed
BAYADA is looking for experienced registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to travel to Haiti for a minimum of four weeks to assist with relief efforts there. We will cover the cost of all travel, living expenses, and inoculations. Many of the supplies you will need in Haiti will also be provided. Be aware that this is a volunteer effort, and you will not be paid for your time.

Coordinated with two humanitarian relief organizations
BAYADA is working with two agencies to sponsor nurses for Haiti. International Medical Corps (IMC) is a humanitarian, non-profit organization that has been sending medical personnel to assist with relief efforts around the world since 1984, including BAYADA’s efforts in Kosovo in 1999.

Heart to Heart International was founded in 1992 to develop humanitarian programs that promote health and wellness in more than 60 countries, including the United States. The agency provides medical education, delivers medical aid to hospitals and clinics, responds to people in crisis, and addresses community-health concerns around the world.

Everyone can help
Even if you are not an RN or LPN, you can help by mentioning our relief effort to any nurses you know. All experienced RNs and LPNs are welcome to apply.

BAYADA employees who are not nurses can help by donating vacation days to help supplement a colleague's vacation time, or to contribute to Haiti flagcovering the cost of sending additional nurses to Haiti. Click here for a copy of the BAYADA Employee Donation Form.
