Reporting Safety Concerns As a Bayada Nurses client,
we encourage you and your family to take an active role in your own
care. We value your feedback and want to promptly address any concerns
or questions you may have about the safety and quality of care you receive.
To report concerns so that they can be adequately addressed, you may
contact the Nursing Supervisor, Director or other Bayada Nurses management
directly or toll-free via the Compliance Hotline at 1-866-665-4295 or
hotline@bayada.com. If Bayada
Nurses is not able to resolve your concerns, you may contact our accrediting
body, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations'
Office of Quality Monitoring by calling 1-800-994-6610 or e-mailing
complaint@jcaho.org. |
