- Bayada Nurses is pleased to announce the appointment of Virginia Steelman,
RN, BSN, as the new service director for the Bayada Nurses office located
in Salisbury, NC.
The Salisbury office began as a recruiting branch in October 2000 and
was established as a full-service branch in April 2001. The office provides
a wide range of home care services, including skilled nursing, personal
care, and rehabilitation services. The office employs Registered Nurses
(RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs)
who provide care on virtually any schedule. The office works with Medicaid,
private pay, and many insurance companies.
As the new service director, Steelman brings years of health-care experience
with her. She previously worked as a Pediatric and Adult Nursing Supervisor
and a Staff Supervisor at the Bayada Nurses office in Charlotte. Prior
to joining Bayada, Steelman was a nurse with Rowan Regional Medical Center
in Salisbury.
Steelman received her bachelor's degree in nursing from East Carolina
University. She lives in Richfield with her husband, Dusty.
