Moorestown, NJ
- Effective March 16, 2001, HomeNurse (based in Wayne, PA) merged its
operations with Bayada Nurses (headquartered in Moorestown, NJ). This
merger will enhance the quality of home care services available to residents
of Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery counties.
Chloe Lansdale-the founder and president of HomeNurse-will become an administrator
for Bayada Nurses and will oversee the Bayada Nurses's King of Prussia
and Media offices in addition to the Wayne location, which will become
a new Bayada Nurses office.
"This merger combines the resources of two healthy companies. Our strengths
are complementary and will allow Bayada Nurses to continue providing top
quality service to even more clients," said Mark Baiada, president of
Bayada Nurses. "Our goal is to provide continued seamless service to all
our clients. This task will be made easier because the Bayada Nurses business
philosophy is similar to that of HomeNurse-to provide quality care and
to nurture long-term relationships with our employees and clients. The
experience and expertise of the HomeNurse staff will be a valuable addition
to the Bayada Nurses organization."
HomeNurse (www.homenurse.com)
