Bethlehem, PA - Bayada Nurses is pleased to announce the appointment
of Mary Tomko, RN, MSN, as the new director of the Bayada Nurses office
in Bethlehem, PA.
Established in October 2000, the Bethlehem office provides a broad spectrum
of home care services-including skilled nursing, therapy, rehabilitation,
and personal care services-to adult clients throughout the Lehigh Valley
and parts of Monroe and Carbon Counties. The office is accredited by
the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO),
licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, and certified by Medicare.
Tomko has extensive experience in health care administration. Most recently,
she worked as Administrator and Director of Resident Care at Independence
Court of Quakertown. Before that, she worked as SNU Manager for the
Allentown office of Bayada Nurses and as Hospice Nurse/Case Manager
for the VNA of Eastern Pennsylvania. Tomko recently received her Masters
in Nursing Administration (MSN) from De Sales University. She also has
a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Cedar Crest College.
Tomko is a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Health Care Executives
Network and the American College of Health Care Professionals and serves
on the Advisory Board for the Bucks County Vocational School. She lives
in Allentown with her husband and son.
