What is a
Dream Team?
In addition to our on-going employment opportunities, many offices are
striving to create a team of nurses dedicated to providing service,
delivered with compassion, excellence and reliability for each and every
client. We want to organize a team of nurses that every client dreams
about. In addition, we want each nurse to experience his/her ideal setting—being
part of a caring team of quality nurses. When a nurse joins a team of
qualified professionals, he/she will strive for common goals—maintaining
clinical excellence and providing coverage that meets the clients’
needs first. In return, the nurse will experience a “Dream Team”
and the new benefits Bayada Nurses has to offer. This program specifically
addresses the needs of skilled clients, nurses, and therapists.
